Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes! Our products are crafted with 100% natural ingredients like unrefined shea butter and baobab oil, making them gentle and nourishing. We even have a dedicated ENO Baby Care range specifically designed for delicate newborn skin. However, we always recommend doing a small patch test before full use.

What is the difference between the 'AaMi' and 'Enyam' body butters?

AaMi is our unrefined raw shea butter, perfect for those who want the pure, earthy benefits of the nut. Enyam and our other whipped butters are blended with natural oils and scents for a softer, creamier texture that absorbs easily into the skin.

Can I use the oils on both my hair and body?

Absolutely. Our Baobab Oil and Coconut Oil are multi-purpose superfoods. They are excellent for sealing moisture into damp hair, massaging the scalp, or applying to the body for a radiant, non-greasy glow.

My shea butter melted/hardened. Is it still good to use?

Yes, this is completely normal for 100% natural butter! Because we don't use synthetic stabilizers, shea butter reacts to temperature. If it melts in the heat, simply place it in the fridge for 15 minutes to solidify. If it’s too hard in the cold, warm it between your palms before applying. The quality remains the same.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Since our products are made with natural preservatives and fresh ingredients, they are best used within 12–24 months of opening. Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain freshness.
