Yes, this is completely normal for 100% natural butter! Because we don't use synthetic stabilizers, shea butter reacts to temperature. If it melts in the heat, simply place it in the fridge for 15 minutes to solidify. If it’s too hard in the cold, warm it between your palms before applying. The quality remains the same.
Since our products are made with natural preservatives and fresh ingredients, they are best used within 12–18 months of opening. Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain freshness.
